  • What is the commitment?

  • What kind of results can I expect?
    Your results 100% depend on how committed you are to showing up to do the work.

    My clients have lost and maintained between 15-60 lbs. while working out 2-4 days per week and incorporating all their favorite foods in their everyday diet.

    They aren't special whatsoever - they followed the method and it delivered.
  • I've dieted & used weights before. Will this be any different?
    Very. I have received feedback time and time and time again that my method, process, and coaching is entirely different than past personal trainers or nutritionists that clients have worked with in the past.
  • I don't have a lot of time to workout
    Most of my clients workout 3 days a week, some even 2 and on occasion 4. These are entrepreneurs, CEOs, mothers of four, and otherwise high acheivers.

    If you don't have time to workout or focus on your health, you probably need to get your priorities straight.

    The effects that a relatively small dose of exercise and nutrition awareness has cannot be understated. It's a requirement for success.
  • Will I receive 1:1 coaching?
    No. I will be extremely active in the FLL group chat with weekly coaching audios, providing guidance and answering questions, this is not a 1:1 coaching space.
  • Will I need to track my food?
    Do you need to? No. Should you, in order to be successful in this program? Yup. I always recommend tracking your food for a relatively short period of time in the grand scheme of things.

    It is not needed in the long term, but it's one of the best tools we have to make sure we're doing things scientifically.

    I will have you incorporate days off, meals off, and methods for non-tracking to help you succeed.
